PRESENTATION
The Graduate Program in Chemistry (PPGQUIM) aims to provide comprehensive and in-depth scientific and cultural training to faculty, researchers, and professionals in Chemistry at the Master's level, equipping them to work in higher education institutions, research centers, and industries.
It encourages engagement with the environment, placing graduate students in contact with the need to apply chemistry for the conservation and rational use of environmental resources, while seeking applications for their research.
It fosters the integration of teaching, research, and outreach, disseminating and applying knowledge acquired through research in undergraduate and graduate courses, and also collaborating, whenever possible, in university extension projects.
It encourages research in the field of Chemistry, particularly with respect to the environment, aiming for better integration between Higher Education Institutions, natural resources, and the population.
