​This laboratory is coordinated by Professor Luiz Carlos Salay.

​Research conducted here focuses on the study of interactions between nanomaterials and nano-structured systems (carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, nanocellulose, zinc oxide nanoparticles, polymeric micelles, thin films, liposomes, among others) with biomolecules and bioactive compounds, with potential applications in Nanotechnology, Nanobiotechnology, and Nanomedicine.
